This pivotal role involves crafting and executing a compelling content strategy, maximizing video visibility and engagement, and creatively repurposing our rich archive of content to expand our audience reach. You should bring a strategic, analytical mindset that is focused on achieving tangible outcomes. An enthusiasm for science, space, astronomy, or technology is essential, as is the ability to take full charge, making informed decisions based on data insights.

In this role, you will need deep expertise in the workings of the YouTube algorithm and YouTube Studio analytics. You'll excel at refining titles, thumbnails, and content formats to optimize audience engagement. Managing uploads, scheduling, and metadata will be part of your daily responsibilities, and you'll collaborate closely with video editors and designers to produce standout content. This is a full-time, remote position, ideally suited to candidates residing in EU time zones.
