This YouTube channel will be a tapestry of diverse themes, weaving together personal storytelling, wellness tips, cryptocurrency insights, and lifestyle adventures. The goal is to create a community-driven space that not only entertains but also offers valuable lessons and inspiration for personal and professional growth.

As a YouTube Strategist, you will be the creative architect behind this channel's success. Your role will involve developing a strategic content plan that aligns with the founder's vision, identifying key content pillars, and crafting a roadmap for growth and monetization. You'll be responsible for optimizing content for SEO, scripting engaging hooks and titles, directing thumbnail designs, and positioning the channel to maximize its reach and impact.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record of growing YouTube channels, especially from under 10K to 50K+ subscribers.
• Deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm and strategies for Shorts and Longform content.
• Ability to integrate various interests into a unified, brandable channel strategy.
• Experience with female-led brands, or content related to wellness, crypto, and storytelling is a plus.
• Bonus skills: SEO, keyword research, visual branding, and content repurposing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop 3–5 core content pillars that resonate with the target audience and support long-term channel growth.
• Create a 30-day launch plan with innovative video ideas and formats.
• Design an optimized posting schedule that leverages both Shorts and Longform content.
• Provide strategic feedback on video titles, hooks, and thumbnail designs to ensure consistency and appeal.
• Explore monetization opportunities and develop strategies for revenue generation through platforms like Patreon, courses, and affiliate marketing.
