Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate video ideas, scripts, hooks, and completed videos with a critical eye.
• Deliver specific, constructive criticism to identify areas of improvement.
• Spot potential retention risks, sluggish openings, and unclear messaging.
• Suggest impactful changes to elevate video performance.
• Decide whether a video should be published, refined, or shelved.
