At TikScale, we are on the lookout for a passionate YouTube Strategist to collaborate with our dynamic team. In this full-time, remote position, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of online video content. Your main responsibilities will include crafting innovative video concepts, performing thorough channel audits, developing eye-catching thumbnail designs, and directly engaging with clients, scriptwriters, and designers to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies. Additionally, you'll guide our clients through onboarding and regular check-ins to foster strong, lasting partnerships.

We are seeking a seasoned professional, ready to dive into Eastern Time working hours (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm EST). Please note: this role is not suitable for agencies or those new to the field.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned YouTube aficionado with a minimum of two years’ experience in successfully growing YouTube channels. You possess a keen understanding of the online business ecosystem, including agencies, coaches, and consultants, and know what it takes to create content that resonates. You are a proactive, effective communicator who thrives on managing and nurturing client relationships. Ideally, you are based in the USA, Canada, or the UK, though applications from Lebanon and South Africa are also welcome.

Key Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dedicated YouTube experience with proven success in channel growth.
• Deep knowledge of the online business space, especially related to agencies and personal brands.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to client management.
• Willingness to work full-time Eastern Time hours (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm EST).
• Location preference for candidates in the USA, Canada, or UK, but open to Lebanon and South Africa.
