🔍 What We Need:

We are looking for a remote freelance strategist who can dedicate 1–2 hours per week. This role is crucial in guiding our creative and analytical efforts to achieve our ambitious goals of reaching 50,000 subscribers and 50,000 average views per video.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Generate innovative ideas, provide feedback on scripts, and help develop engaging video concepts.
• SEO Mastery: Conduct keyword research and craft compelling titles, descriptions, and tags to enhance visibility.
• Visual Appeal: Advise on thumbnail and title strategies that drive clicks, with a focus on optimizing click-through rates (CTR).
• Audience Insights: Monitor growth, engagement, and retention metrics to refine our strategy.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of YouTube trends and integrate them into upcoming content.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Emilio and the production team to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize impact.
