In addition to a competitive base salary, you will enjoy performance bonuses that include 20% of sponsorship and YouTube ad revenue, making your potential earnings within six months between $5,000 and $10,000+ per client as these revenue streams come into play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, planning, and packaging of three long-form YouTube videos per week for each client.
• Collaborate with shorts strategists to conceptualize and plan 10-15 short-form clips weekly.
• Conduct weekly creative meetings and biweekly client team consultations to ensure strategic alignment and progress.
• Oversee video flow management with a team of top-tier editors to deliver high-quality content without needing to personally edit.
• Ensure that each video is optimized to retain viewers and generate leads effectively.
• Maintain a 3-4 week backlog to ensure consistent client channel activity.
• Monitor performance metrics and refine content strategies continuously for optimal results.
