As our YouTube Strategist, you'll be at the helm of our content journey, transforming data into actionable insights and leading projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing Content Lifecycle: From brainstorming sessions to refining published content for optimal impact.
• Making Insightful Decisions: Leveraging analytics to greenlight compelling content ideas.
• Performance Optimization: Auditing channels to enhance aspects like thumbnails, titles, and SEO for greater visibility.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Utilizing tools such as YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, and vidIQ to inform and adapt our strategies.
• Production Assistance: Collaborating on scripting, packaging, and editing while keeping strategic goals in focus.
• Audience Analysis: Researching audience preferences to guide content direction and packaging.
• Performance Tracking: Delivering detailed reports with actionable insights to boost client success.
• Trend Monitoring: Staying updated on YouTube's evolving algorithms and best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with diverse teams including editors and designers to execute effective strategies.
