In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and designing a robust content strategy that includes generating fresh video ideas, optimizing engaging titles and thumbnails, and ensuring a balanced content mix that strengthens our authority and cultivates our audience. Your input will be instrumental, not just in advising but in actively shaping the channel's trajectory, providing actionable frameworks for our team of writers and editors.

• You bring over three years of experience in successfully growing YouTube channels, particularly within the business and education sectors.
• You possess a keen understanding of crafting titles and thumbnails that maximize clicks without resorting to clickbait tactics.
• Your expertise lies in structuring content to enhance click-through rates, watch time, and viewer retention.
• You excel at balancing top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel content to expand reach and drive conversions.
• You are proficient in analyzing data such as CTR, average view duration, and retention rates to make informed recommendations.

Compensation: We offer a budget of $500–$1,000 for an initial project that includes a channel audit and content plan. Based on the results, there is potential for an ongoing retainer of $2,000 or more per month.
