We are seeking a dynamic YouTube Strategist & Researcher to unearth innovative video concepts across various niches, contributing significantly to our clients' success. This role involves high-impact research and strategic analysis, not just routine data entry.

Who You Are:

• An expert in YouTube mechanics and viral content strategies, familiar with what makes videos gain traction.
• Experienced in scaling channels within the educational and business domains.
• Proficient with analytical tools such as 1of10.com and viewstats.com.
• Skilled at deconstructing why videos become viral, with the ability to see patterns others might overlook.
• A creative thinker who understands that compelling ideas and presentation are critical.
• Sharp, quick, and attentive to detail, with a track record of more than three years in a YouTube strategy-focused role.

Your Responsibilities:

You will delve into platforms like YouTube, 1of10.com, and viewstats.com to discover emerging video formats that are quietly thriving. Your goal is to identify patterns and formats that can be replicated for our clients' channels.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to present ideas that have:

• At least five strong performing examples from the last 90 days.
• Demonstrated success within or near the educational business niche.

Each idea package should include:

• A concise video concept distilled into a single sentence, supported by past successes.
• Three initial thumbnail sketches, providing a rough visual direction.
• A brief Loom video explaining the trend, its effectiveness, and potential adaptation for the client.

Compensation & Growth:

This is initially a project-based role with negotiable compensation for each completed video idea package. Consistent high-quality output could quickly lead to more projects and the potential for a full-time, salaried position within 90 days. Your contributions directly influence client outcomes, opening pathways for rapid professional advancement.
