As a YouTube Producer at Snowball, you will collaborate with a talented creative team to craft educational and engaging video content that brings the wonders of AI to life. Your mission is to translate complex AI concepts into intriguing stories that resonate with a wide audience, making them accessible and exciting.

What You'll Achieve

• Develop and execute a YouTube-first content strategy that highlights Genspark's groundbreaking AI innovations.
• Lead the entire video production process, including scripting, filming, and editing, with a focus on high-quality output.
• Simplify intricate AI ideas into engaging, informative, and entertaining content.
• Work closely with our content, brand, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with Genspark’s brand identity.
• Leverage viewer data and insights to refine and enhance future content strategies.

Your Skills and Experience

• A deep enthusiasm for AI and its potential to revolutionize information access.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in video production or content creation, ideally with a strong YouTube background.
• A proven ability to make complex or technical topics engaging and accessible to a broad audience.
• Experience in creating content optimized for YouTube that balances educational value with entertainment.
• Excellent project management abilities, capable of overseeing comprehensive production workflows.
• Comfort and proficiency in collaborating within remote, distributed teams across various time zones.
