About Bucketsquad: Bucketsquad is at the forefront of digital media and e-commerce, founded by the internet's leading basketball influencer, Jesser. With a thriving team and impressive growth in revenues, we're expanding our horizons into new video content, consumer products, and more. We're on the lookout for an innovative and driven Producer to elevate the Team Jesser channel.

Role Overview: As a YouTube Producer for Team Jesser, you will bring your creative vision and organizational skills to the forefront, overseeing the complete production process of our engaging videos. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality content from the initial concept to the final shoot. This position requires a proactive, visionary professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at managing multiple projects with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead as the primary camera operator, capturing compelling footage for our weekly video releases.
• Guide and manage a production assistant, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts and scripts.
• Provide essential support during shoots, handling equipment and addressing any on-set needs.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for video production, including location scouting and scheduling.
• Design and construct sets alongside the production assistant, ensuring seamless transitions before and after shoots.
• Maintain a safe and organized production environment.
• Oversee multiple video projects, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget.
• Manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Secure necessary permits and permissions for locations and talent.
• Uphold the quality of our content, aligning with the creative vision and standards.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse and production equipment, ensuring readiness and functionality.
• Handle administrative duties, including managing production paperwork and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in video production or a related field, with a preference for YouTube or digital content expertise.
• Proficiency with video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a creative team.
• Physical capability to handle production equipment and perform demanding tasks.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and seeks continuous improvement.
• Previous team management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 along with comprehensive health benefits and a 401k plan.
