We're seeking a dynamic YouTube Producer to spearhead the production of 100 engaging, informative talking-head videos each month. This remote, full-time position comes with a competitive base salary and the potential for significant performance-based bonuses.

Your Role

As a YouTube Producer, you will oversee the comprehensive production process, collaborating with a team of 10 creators to generate compelling content consistently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategizing and selecting video titles that resonate with audiences and drive viewer engagement.
• Coordinating with creators to fine-tune video concepts, scripts, and edits for maximum impact.
• Recruiting and managing a team, including scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, and video editors, ensuring all content is polished and professional.
• Maintaining a detailed production schedule to ensure timely publication across multiple channels, achieving a monthly target of 100 videos.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in producing or editing educational talking-head videos.
• An in-depth understanding of YouTube’s ecosystem, including trends, titling strategies, and visual elements like thumbnails.
• A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and utilizing AI in scriptwriting and content management.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage a complex and high-volume production operation.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, committing to over 40 hours of work per week.

Compensation and Benefits

• An annual salary starting at $45,000, with the opportunity to earn up to $10,000+ monthly through performance-based bonuses.
