Your Role:

As our YouTube Podcast Producer, you will take charge of our podcast production process, working closely with our founder, Razvan Paraschiv. You will orchestrate each episode from planning to post-production, ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Your role will be pivotal in crafting an engaging environment for our guests and delivering content that excels on YouTube.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of production, from pre-production planning to on-set direction and technical execution, delivering broadcast-quality footage.
• Optimize each episode for YouTube, focusing on retention, visual appeal, and viewer engagement.
• Direct the studio environment, ensuring top-notch camera operation, audio quality, and lighting while maintaining a dynamic and captivating atmosphere.
• Oversee the aesthetics and functionality of our set, managing equipment and ensuring a seamless production environment.
• Collaborate with post-production teams, providing organized footage and feedback to enhance future episodes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in YouTube or video podcast production, having contributed to successful channels or shows.
• A robust portfolio showcasing your expertise in managing all technical aspects of video production.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to set up and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting equipment.
• Experience working with founders or creators whose brands influence commercial success is a plus.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, with potential earnings up to $200,000 based on performance and impact. Your compensation will reflect your skills, experience, and contributions to our team.
