We are seeking a seasoned YouTube Growth Strategist who can employ proven strategies to expand our subscriber base to over 100,000 and beyond.

Your Role:

We need a strategic mastermind who has repeatedly propelled YouTube channels to monumental success. If you have a track record of scaling channels from scratch to six-figure subscriber counts, with concrete evidence and compelling data, we want to collaborate with you.

This is not a role for trial and error. We require someone with a deep understanding of what drives success on YouTube, especially for music education channels, and who can implement effective growth systems promptly.

Responsibilities:

Channel Evaluation & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct thorough reviews of Lukas’s current channel metrics, video formats, and branding strategies.
• Analyze top-performing music education channels to pinpoint strategic opportunities.
• Deliver both immediate and long-term actionable insights for channel enhancement.

Content Development & Strategy

• Spearhead ideation sessions to create compelling content aligned with our brand ethos.
• Craft a comprehensive content roadmap featuring trending topics, SEO-optimized formats, and engaging Shorts.
• Design series that captivate audiences and drive course enrollments.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and suggest innovative content strategies.

Enhancing Viewer Engagement

• Develop captivating thumbnails and titles that boost click-through rates and engagement.
• Refine video intros and pacing to maximize viewer retention.
• Optimize content structure based on analytics and viewer feedback.

Shorts & Serial Content Creation

• Plan engaging, high-retention YouTube Shorts.
• Conceptualize serial content for long-form videos that align with Lukas’s unique style.

Performance Analysis & Adaptation

• Regularly monitor and assess channel performance through analytics tools.
• Provide detailed monthly reports with strategic insights and future action plans.
• Adapt strategies dynamically based on performance data and trends.
