About the Opportunity

Toaster is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a creative YouTube Content Strategist to join our thriving online gambling channel. If you're passionate about crafting compelling content that resonates with audiences and understand what makes YouTube videos go viral, we want you to be part of our team!

In this role, you'll be instrumental in researching successful strategies, brainstorming exciting video concepts, optimizing titles and thumbnails, and coordinating future content plans to help us grow our channel.

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Conduct in-depth analysis to understand what drives engagement on our channel.
• Develop and pitch two innovative video ideas daily to keep our content fresh and exciting.
• Review post-production notes, identify winning moments, and create engaging titles and thumbnails.
• Plan and streamline future recording sessions to ensure efficiency and creativity.
• Maintain and update our 2026 content tracker with precision on Google Sheets.
• Communicate effectively on Discord to share ideas and plans, adhering to our established formats and guidelines.

• Possesses a deep understanding of YouTube content creation, audience retention, and viral marketing strategies.
• Has a strong grasp of online gambling content and its nuances.
• Is skilled in creating catchy titles, eye-catching thumbnails, and understands viewer psychology.
• Consistently generates innovative and original ideas while remaining attuned to industry trends.
• Is highly organized, communicative, and receptive to constructive feedback.
• Has experience working on or studying successful YouTube channels, especially those related to gambling or slots.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to produce daily content ideas backed by strategic reasoning.
• Strong knowledge of titles, thumbnails, and overall video packaging.
• Proficiency with Discord and Google Sheets for seamless communication and organization.
• Availability for daily collaboration and communication.
