TrueGawd is looking for a skilled YouTube video editor who can turn our existing library of uploaded videos into compelling long-form compilations. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build smooth, watchable edits from previously published content while preserving the original value of each video.

Your main focus will be selecting relevant videos, arranging them into a logical order, and editing them together so the final result feels cohesive from start to finish. We want someone who can handle full-length source material, maintain strong pacing, and use transitions or light editing enhancements where needed to improve flow.

In addition to editing, we’d love someone who can think creatively about compilation formats and suggest ideas that make the most of our existing content. The right person will be comfortable working independently, staying organized, and delivering polished videos on schedule.

What you’ll do:

• Review previously uploaded YouTube videos and identify strong material for compilation edits.
• Assemble multiple full-length videos into longer, cohesive uploads.
• Structure each compilation so it feels natural and engaging throughout.
• Apply smooth transitions and basic editing touches when needed.
• Recommend compilation concepts based on the current video library.
• Prepare final exports that are ready for publishing.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience editing YouTube content, especially long-form videos.
• Comfort working with existing footage rather than creating edits from scratch.
• Strong sense of pacing, sequencing, and overall video flow.
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.

This is not a role for short clip edits or highlight-style cuts. We are specifically looking for someone who can repurpose multiple full videos into longer compilation pieces that feel intentional and well-produced. If you enjoy organizing content into polished, binge-worthy videos, we’d love to hear from you.

Please send the following with your application:

• Links or samples of previous editing work.
• Your rate for each compilation video.
• Your usual turnaround time.
• Any experience you have with long-form YouTube compilation editing.
