In this senior position, you'll collaborate directly with Dr. Berg and his creative team, including video editors and thumbnail designers, to enhance and expand the channel's reach. Your mission will be to drive significant growth in audience engagement and subscriber count by leading the innovative creative and optimization processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the performance of Dr. Berg's main YouTube channel, focusing on key metrics like views, click-through rates, watch time, and audience retention.
• Review all video content prior to publication to ensure it is structured and paced for maximum viewer retention and engagement.
• Align content strategy with Dr. Berg's expertise and objectives, collaborating closely with editorial and design teams to create compelling visual and narrative content.
• Develop data-driven strategies for thumbnails and titles to significantly boost click-through rates and early watch times.
• Conduct competitor and trend analyses to keep Dr. Berg's content ahead of the curve and ensure it resonates with current audience interests and algorithm trends.
• Utilize YouTube Analytics and conduct A/B testing to make informed, actionable improvements to content strategy.
• Provide creative input on script structure, video flow, and storytelling to enhance viewer engagement.

Your understanding of YouTube's algorithms and ability to analyze metrics to determine a video's success or failure is crucial. Experience working with influencers or educational figures and a knack for engaging narrative construction are highly valued.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in scaling YouTube channels with over 1 million subscribers.
• Demonstrable ability to create or manage videos that have achieved over 1 million views multiple times.
• 5+ years of experience in roles such as YouTube Channel Manager, Strategist, or Producer.
• Expertise in YouTube SEO, A/B testing, and retention analytics.
• Proficiency in tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, DaVinci Resolve/Premiere, Descript, and YouTube Studio.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative remote environment.
• Experience with health, educational, or high-trust content is a strong advantage.
