About the Role

We are looking for a skilled video editor to help shape the content for Addie Bowley’s second YouTube channel. This role is focused on creating weekly videos that feel more niche, candid, and personality-driven than the main channel, while still staying aligned with the brand’s overall style and voice.

The ideal editor will know how to keep things natural and engaging, with a clean, watchable pace that supports the story without overloading the video with effects. You should be comfortable editing content that feels conversational, challenge-based, and grounded in real-life moments, with just the right amount of visuals, motion, and polish to enhance the final piece.

This is a consistent weekly role with ongoing projects, making it a great fit for someone who values steady creative work and enjoys building a strong rhythm with a creator over time.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an editor who has experience working with IRL, challenge, and talking-head style content, and who understands the current YouTube landscape where audiences respond well to videos that feel authentic, casual, and easy to follow.

The right candidate will have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity. You should know how to elevate raw footage without making it feel overproduced, and be able to make smart editing decisions that keep the viewer engaged from start to finish.

Requirements

Applicants must be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially the tools used for professional video editing and post-production. A minimum of 3+ years of relevant editing experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely in English.
