About the Role

yairbmotivation is hiring a dependable and imaginative videographer to work closely with Yair on-location, filming live IRL content as it happens.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action and knows how to turn spontaneous moments into engaging video. You’ll be documenting public interactions, meaningful encounters, acts of generosity, and unscripted scenes that connect with viewers in real time.

Rather than a conventional studio-based position, this job requires someone who is comfortable moving with the pace of a livestream, staying alert, and consistently capturing high-quality footage in dynamic environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling a camera for long stretches while walking, filming, and staying mobile
• Keeping Yair and other on-camera subjects well-framed and in focus
• Supporting livestream equipment setup and day-to-day production needs
• Checking video and audio performance throughout live shoots
• Recording extra footage for YouTube, short-form clips, and social media content
• Preparing and organizing cameras, microphones, and related gear
• Working comfortably in public settings and engaging professionally with people when needed

We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward fast-moving, public-facing content production.
