We are seeking a full-time, innovative Videographer & Editor to bring our vision to life through captivating content. This role goes beyond operating a camera; it involves being a pivotal creative force in our storytelling and content strategy, helping us expand our reach and influence.

Position Overview

• Role: Videographer & Editor
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: On-site
• Salary: Commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Content: Capture and edit vibrant short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, highlighting daily shop activities, builds, and engaging moments.

Long-Form YouTube Content: Collaborate on filming and editing comprehensive woodworking projects, enhancing video quality and viewer retention with engaging storyboards and video structures.

Paid Ad Creative: Develop compelling video ads primarily for Family Furniture Co, working closely with our marketing team to innovate and execute creative ideas.

Production & Media Management: Oversee camera gear, lighting, and audio, maintain a consistent content calendar, and ensure organized media management.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in videography and editing
• Proficiency in editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Skills in crafting short-form social content and understanding storytelling dynamics
• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, workshop setting

Bonus Skills

• Experience in creating viral content and shooting product ads
• Familiarity with YouTube optimization and basic motion graphics
• Photography skills
