YolaSaidSo is looking for a talented video editor to help shape fast-paced comedy commentary content that keeps viewers engaged from the first second to the last. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build momentum, highlight key moments, and enhance humour through smart pacing, visual emphasis, and well-timed cuts.

You’ll be editing reaction and commentary videos with an eye for retention, making sure the opening moments are compelling and the overall flow stays entertaining. A strong sense of comedic timing is essential, along with the ability to recognize when to let a moment breathe and when to tighten the edit for maximum impact.

The right candidate will be comfortable working in a style that is energetic, slightly chaotic in the best way, and meme-aware without becoming distracting. You should be able to study existing content, match the established vibe, and apply your own editing instincts to keep the channel’s personality consistent while improving viewer retention.

We’re open to editors with experience in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop, as long as you can deliver polished results and understand the rhythm of commentary-driven content. If you’ve worked on similar styles before and know how to turn raw footage into something sharp, funny, and watchable, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a remote opportunity and a great fit for an editor with at least 1 year of experience who enjoys comedy content and knows how to make edits feel natural, entertaining, and effective.
