About the Role

Worldvishawn is searching for a skilled and imaginative video editor to join our remote team and help bring our YouTube content to life. You’ll be editing weekly long-form videos for an established channel with a loyal audience, creating polished, fast-paced edits that keep viewers engaged from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to balance storytelling, humor, pacing, and visual energy. You’ll work with commentary, documentary-style, reaction, review, and scripted content, using creative editing techniques to enhance each video and elevate the overall viewing experience.

What You’ll Do

Edit approximately one long-form YouTube video each week, typically between 15 and 40 minutes in length.

Strengthen the final cut with memes, graphics, sound effects, music, captions, and relevant supporting visuals.

Help shape the tone and rhythm of each video so it feels entertaining, clear, and easy to watch.

Collaborate on revisions when needed and maintain a dependable weekly workflow.

What We’re Looking For

You should have at least 1 year of video editing experience, ideally with long-form YouTube content. A strong sense of comedic timing, pacing, and audience retention is important, along with the ability to edit in a way that supports the story being told.

Experience with commentary, documentary, reaction, review, or scripted formats is highly valued. Familiarity with Eurovision, internet culture, and pop culture references is a bonus, but not required.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, creative, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. A portfolio or examples of previous editing work are required.
