In this role, you’ll be editing content that is seen by large and highly engaged audiences across YouTube, Spotify, and social platforms. You’ll play an important part in making each episode feel polished, dynamic, and built to perform.

We work with a range of leading podcasts and creators, including major names in personal development, finance, health, and other high-profile projects that can’t always be shared publicly. Every week, your work will help improve the quality and reach of shows that already have serious influence.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for turning raw podcast footage into compelling final content. A typical week may include full-length episode edits, short-form video clips, trailers, and platform-specific content designed to capture attention quickly and keep viewers watching.

You’ll also help refine the visual and audio quality of each edit through colour correction, sound cleanup, subtitles, pacing adjustments, and creative finishing touches. You’ll work closely with the podcast producer to strengthen storytelling, structure, and overall episode flow.

Part of the role will involve thinking strategically about performance. That means contributing ideas for titles, thumbnails, and clip selection, then reviewing what performs well and using that insight to improve future edits.

Occasional in-person work in London or elsewhere in the UK may be required for shoots, meetings, or team collaboration.

What we’re looking for

We’re open to applicants from different backgrounds. You may already have experience editing podcasts or YouTube content, or you may come from a broader video creation background and be ready to step into a more structured production environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in podcasts and digital video, along with a sharp eye for what makes content engaging. You should be confident editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and comfortable handling tasks such as colour grading, subtitles, and audio mixing.

We’re looking for someone who understands audience retention, strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling techniques that make people keep watching. You should also be organised, dependable, and able to manage your workflow independently while communicating clearly with producers and clients.

A reliable editing setup is essential, including a powerful machine capable of handling 4K footage, along with fast internet and a solid home workspace. Experience in videography or podcast production is welcome, but not required.
