Fulcio is growing its creative team and looking for an experienced video editor who knows how to turn raw footage into compelling short-form ads. If you enjoy shaping fast-paced content that captures attention within seconds, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you’ll edit social video ads for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, typically ranging from 30 seconds to one minute. You’ll work from provided footage and direction, then use editing, pacing, sound, transitions, and strong opening moments to build videos that feel polished, engaging, and built to convert.

We’re especially interested in editors with a background in direct-response or e-commerce content, and who understand how to create content that stops the scroll. This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring ideas to life while also responding well to feedback and collaboration.

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of professional editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro

- A portfolio featuring e-commerce, UGC, or direct-response ad work

- Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and retention-focused editing

- A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

- Comfortable working in English in a remote environment
