We’re seeking an exceptional video editor to help shape long-form documentary content for an established YouTube channel focused on travel, nature, and wildlife. This role is ideal for someone who can turn raw material into visually compelling, emotionally engaging films that keep viewers immersed from start to finish.

You’ll be working on documentary-style videos ranging from 60 to 120 minutes, with a strong emphasis on cinematic pacing, rich atmosphere, and polished production value. The right editor will bring a strong sense of storytelling, an eye for beautiful imagery, and a deep understanding of how sound can elevate the viewing experience.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A refined approach to audio editing, including music placement, ambient layering, sound effects, and seamless mixing.
• A strong instinct for narrative flow, emotional build-up, and maintaining momentum in long-form content.
• The ability to select striking footage that feels authentic, visually impressive, and geographically accurate.
• A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for producing premium documentary content.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience editing documentaries, travel films, or other cinematic long-form videos.
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates both visual storytelling and sophisticated sound design.
• Confidence in sourcing high-quality stock footage independently when needed.
• Dependable communication, consistency, and a commitment to high standards.

If you’re excited by the challenge of creating world-class documentary content and have the skills to match, we’d love to see your work.
