nostalgiakidzTV is looking for a creative and reliable video editor and thumbnail designer to help shape the look and feel of our gaming channel. This is a remote opportunity for someone who understands energetic YouTube editing, knows how to keep viewers engaged, and can work with a faceless PNGTuber format.

We publish one long-form video every two weeks, and each content package includes a fully edited YouTube video, a vertical short-form clip for TikTok, and a custom thumbnail. The total budget for each package is $100.

What you’ll create for each package:

• A finished gaming video, typically between 15 and 40 minutes in length
• One vertical highlight clip optimized for TikTok in 9:16 format
• One eye-catching YouTube thumbnail tailored to the video

Editing direction:

We want the final edit to capture the same high-energy, comedic, and highly engaging feel found in fast-paced gaming creators. That means strong pacing, well-timed cuts, zooms, sound effects, visual punch-ins, and a strong sense of comedic rhythm. You should be comfortable studying reference content and adapting that overall style to our gameplay and commentary in a way that feels natural and entertaining.

Music and sound:

Background music should be used intentionally, not constantly. We’re aiming for a mix of tracks that fit the vibe of the references, with proper usage rights included. Music should support key moments such as jokes, reactions, and gameplay highlights without overwhelming the commentary.

PNG character integration:

Because this channel uses a PNGTuber avatar instead of a facecam, we need someone who knows how to bring that character into the edit in a fun and seamless way. The avatar should appear at the right moments, react naturally, and enhance the personality of the video without feeling forced.

Thumbnail style:

Thumbnails should be bold, expressive, and built to stand out in the gaming space. We’re looking for strong composition, vivid colors, and attention-grabbing framing. The PNG character should take the place of a typical facecam subject, with expressions and poses that match the tone of the video.
