ProCaddie Limited is seeking an inventive and skilled Video Editor to elevate our golf content and expand our audience across popular platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This is a remote opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical prowess in the digital content world.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of producing dynamic video content that highlights our iOS & Apple Watch golf application, engaging our audience with original and organic videos.

Your Role

You will:

• Craft and polish vertical videos (30-40 seconds) for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok, ensuring they are vibrant and captivating.
• Edit long-form YouTube videos (5-9 minutes) that maintain viewer interest from start to finish.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails that draw viewers in with high click-through rates.
• Identify the most compelling hooks to grab attention within the first 5 seconds of each video.
• Propose innovative content ideas and experiment with different video formats to enhance engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends on YouTube and other social media platforms to keep our content fresh.
• Optimize each video for maximum audience retention and interaction.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Hands-on experience editing content for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
• A strong grasp of storytelling techniques and video pacing to create engaging narratives.
• The ability to create compelling high CTR thumbnails.
• A self-motivated, proactive work ethic.
• A genuine passion for golf, which is highly advantageous.
• Proficient English communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with motion graphics to add a dynamic edge to videos.
• Familiarity with YouTube Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven experience in growing organic social media channels.
• An understanding of the golf industry and its audience.
