Riley Mae Lewis is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to help shape engaging short-form content that keeps viewers watching from the first second to the last. This remote role centers on editing approximately 4–5 videos each week, with an emphasis on pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.

The right candidate will understand what makes short-form content compelling and know how to build momentum through strong hooks, clean cuts, dynamic timing, and a polished final product. You’ll be working across a variety of content styles, including challenges, interviews, real-life moments, skits, and reels, so versatility and a strong sense of rhythm are key.

We’re looking for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into scroll-stopping videos that feel fresh, engaging, and aligned with the creator’s voice. If you have an eye for retention, enjoy fast-paced editing, and can consistently deliver high-quality work, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll need:

Experience editing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
Strong understanding of viewer retention, pacing, and storytelling in short videos
Ability to edit a range of content styles, including interviews, skits, challenges, and IRL footage
Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly in English
Access to professional editing tools and the ability to meet weekly deadlines
