Founders, Inc. is looking for a talented Video Editor to help bring our new podcast series to life, with the possibility of contributing to our existing long-form content as well.

We are a venture accelerator and campus dedicated to frontier technology, including robotics, hardware, and foundation models. Our content highlights the people behind these breakthroughs, along with the ideas, research, and stories that drive them forward.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys shaping content from the ground up. Because the podcast is still in its early stages, you’ll have real input on how it evolves, from episode structure and guest research to clipping strategy and overall presentation.

We are not looking for a generic, overly polished business-style edit. Our priority is thoughtful storytelling, strong pacing, and edits that elevate the most meaningful moments. If your style is visually sharp and aligned with documentary or podcast-driven content, that’s a big plus.

Compensation is flexible, and there may be an opportunity to grow into a full-time or in-person position for the right person.
