Kayla Ryan is looking for a talented Video Editor to join our remote team and help bring lifestyle content to life through engaging, high-retention YouTube videos. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to shape raw footage into polished, entertaining stories that feel natural, fresh, and easy to watch.

We’re especially interested in an editor who has experience working with vlog-style content and can confidently edit Q&A, storytime, and lifestyle videos with strong pacing and a clear sense of narrative. You should know how to highlight the best moments, keep the energy moving, and create edits that feel dynamic without becoming distracting.

The right person will have a sharp eye for authentic reactions, humorous beats, and those small moments that make content feel relatable and memorable. A solid understanding of beauty and lifestyle audiences is important, along with the ability to edit in a style that feels creative, modern, and aligned with the creator’s voice.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of video editing experience, ideally with YouTube content
• Strong experience editing vlogs, Q&A videos, and story-driven content
• Excellent pacing, structure, and storytelling instincts
• Ability to spot natural, funny, and engaging moments in footage
• Familiarity with beauty and lifestyle content
• A creative approach to editing that enhances the video without overwhelming it
• Strong English communication skills
