HardScope is on the lookout for a creative and driven Video Editor to become an essential part of our in-house production team. In this role, you will take charge of editing a wide range of content, from original series to branded collaborations, working hand-in-hand with our Studio and Production teams. Your mission is to transform raw footage into captivating final products that resonate with audiences and keep them engaged.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the post-production process for both long and short-form videos tailored for various platforms.
• Collaborate seamlessly with directors, producers, and creative leads from the initial rough cuts to the final polished videos.
• Set and maintain high editorial standards, ensuring consistent storytelling across all projects.
• Mentor and guide junior editors, fostering a collaborative and innovative post-production environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight schedules without compromising on quality.
• Contribute to pre-production planning, assisting with story structure and shot list development.
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with the brand's voice and maintains a high standard of quality, tone, and consistency.

What We're Looking For:

• A seasoned editor with proven expertise in both long-form YouTube content and short, snappy videos for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
• A deep understanding of creator culture and the ability to naturally integrate branded content into engaging narratives.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, with a working knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools for adding transitions and light animations.
• Strong project management skills, capable of transforming raw footage into polished content while managing multiple versions and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-sufficient professional who thrives in a high-output production setting and can seamlessly incorporate partner moments into creator-driven stories.
