Are you passionate about storytelling and True Crime content? We're looking for an expert Video Editor to join The Supreme's production team, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering four high-quality True Crime documentaries each month.

Your role goes beyond typical editing tasks. You'll be tasked with transforming extensive raw footage into compelling narratives that captivate audiences from start to finish. Your expertise in pacing, emotional storytelling, and audience engagement will be crucial in maintaining viewer interest throughout our documentaries.

Your Responsibilities:

• Transform raw footage into gripping, emotionally resonant stories that captivate our audience.
• Ensure audio tracks are clean and seamless by removing errors, pauses, and unwanted noise.
• Edit cinematic, long-form True Crime documentaries using Adobe Premiere Pro, integrating After Effects for animations and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Curate sound design and music that heighten suspense, emotion, and atmosphere.
• Apply cinematic color grading to maintain a polished, visually appealing style.
• Consistently produce high-quality edits while adhering to tight production schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with a creative team including writers, producers, and YouTube strategists to bring each case to life.
• Incorporate feedback effectively to ensure top-notch deliverables.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong storytelling skills with emphasis on pacing and viewer engagement.
• Experience in editing documentary-style or narrative-driven YouTube content.
• Familiarity with YouTube audience behavior and retention strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects skills are a significant advantage.
