This series will focus on Royal Caribbean, offering planning tips, ship reviews, package details, and family-oriented cruise advice. Your task will be to transform filmed talking-head segments and our exclusive B-roll footage into polished, informative videos that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities include:

• Editing talking-head segments into streamlined, engaging videos under 10 minutes.
• Integrating relevant B-roll from our extensive library to complement the subject matter.
• Eliminating unnecessary pauses, repetition, and enhancing pacing for better viewer retention.
• Incorporating visuals such as ship footage, maps, and graphics to support and enhance the narrative.
• Designing a clear, engaging roadmap graphic early in the video to guide viewers.
• Developing visually distinct sections for each major piece of advice.
• Applying pattern interrupts to maintain viewer engagement without detracting from the content.
• Ensuring all visuals align with Royal Caribbean themes, maintaining a consistent and polished brand style.
• Creating effective end-screen elements to encourage viewers to watch the next video in the series.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in YouTube video editing, particularly in travel, educational, or review content.

• Proficiency in crafting clean and compelling on-screen graphics, labels, and visuals.
• A keen eye for detail, especially regarding Royal Caribbean's ships, venues, and offerings.

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, along with tools like After Effects for graphics.
