As an A-Roll Editor, you will dive into the heart of our content, meticulously removing errors, pauses, and unnecessary segments from our recordings. Your keen eye and ear will ensure the narrative flows seamlessly, maintaining audience engagement and enhancing the storytelling experience.

Responsibilities include improving pacing and rhythm, professionally enhancing audio quality, and ensuring a smooth, broadcast-ready sound. You'll identify and address any inconsistencies between the script and recording, ensuring continuity and clarity throughout the edit. Your final deliverable will be a clean A-roll timeline, ready for visual enhancements by our editing team.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in editing long-form YouTube content, boasting an excellent grasp of storytelling dynamics. Advanced audio editing skills and an obsessive attention to detail are critical. If you can follow a script precisely while enhancing its flow, and are comfortable with videos ranging from 20 to 60 minutes, we want to hear from you.

Ideal candidates should have a knack for spotting the nuances others might overlook, such as awkward pauses, audio inconsistencies, or pacing issues. Experience with documentary, true crime, mystery, horror, or storytelling-focused content is highly desirable.
