About the Role

Crispy Concords is looking for an experienced video editor to join the team and help craft standout content for the main channel. The work centers on energetic, comedic IRL and vlog-style videos, with each project requiring a sharp eye for pacing, structure, and entertainment value. This role begins on a per-video basis, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term salaried position for the right person.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal editor is creative, adaptable, and able to elevate raw footage into a polished, compelling story. A strong sense of humor is essential, along with the ability to identify the best moments and build them into an engaging narrative that holds attention from start to finish. We’re especially interested in someone who can think beyond basic cuts and bring an editorial voice that enhances the energy and personality of the channel.

What the Work Involves

Projects often begin with extensive footage captured over multiple days, so this role requires someone comfortable working through large amounts of content and turning it into a cohesive, entertaining final product. You’ll be responsible for shaping longer-form YouTube videos that feel dynamic, intentional, and fun throughout.

Requirements

This position is best suited for an editor with professional-level experience, not someone just starting out. Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is expected, along with the ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality edits. This is a remote role, though candidates based in or near New York City are a plus.
