We’re seeking someone who can take raw footage and transform it into polished, scroll-stopping reels that capture personality, humor, and momentum. The content style blends storytime, skit energy, and social-first editing, so a strong sense of timing and audience retention is essential.

This opportunity begins with a paid test edit using provided source material. If the work is a strong fit, there is potential for ongoing collaboration on future shorts.

What We’re Looking For

The right editor will have experience working in short-form formats and understand how to build rhythm, emphasize punchlines, and maintain a lively viewing experience. You should be comfortable studying a reference style closely and delivering edits that match the tone and pace of the brand.

We value editors who communicate clearly, take feedback well, and can deliver reliable results on deadline. A portfolio that shows strong short-form storytelling, especially in comedy or creator content, will stand out.

Role Requirements

• A portfolio or reel showcasing short-form editing work

• Ability to complete a paid trial edit using provided assets

• Strong understanding of reels, skits, and story-driven edits

• English proficiency

• Remote availability and dependable turnaround times

Compensation

Each completed short is paid at $150. Editors who perform well on the trial may be invited to continue with recurring projects.
