Your Role

We are looking for a dedicated Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished episodes that captivate our audience. Each week, you will:

• Craft a refined 45-60 minute YouTube episode from multicam interviews, ensuring a seamless viewing experience.
• Execute precise edits to eliminate unnecessary parts like false starts or technical issues, while respecting editorial decisions on content inclusion.
• Create engaging montage sequences using standout moments identified in the initial review.
• Seamlessly integrate sponsor messages at specified points.
• Enhance each episode with professional touches like intros, outros, and custom graphics, giving it a distinctive, polished look.
• Perform color correction and audio enhancements to ensure clarity and quality.
• Produce 2-3 engaging short-form clips for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts, complete with captions and formatted for vertical viewing.
• Ensure all deliverables are ready for upload via Google Drive within a five-day turnaround.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in editing long-form interview or business content.
• Proficient in multicam editing and audio synchronization.
• Skilled in using editing software such as Descript, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
• Competent in color correction and audio adjustments like de-noising and equalization.
• Expertise in creating short-form vertical content with captions for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with using Riverside for recording and editing purposes.
• Ability to manage a consistent delivery schedule with a five-day turnaround.
• A portfolio showcasing your individual editing work, specifically in the interview or business niche.
• Responsive communication via email or Slack, with a one-day response time.
