We’re looking for a creative, data-minded strategist to take full ownership of titles and thumbnails for a documentary-focused channel. The content mix includes documentaries, science explainers, mysteries, and discovery stories published three times a week, and your work will play a major role in how each upload performs.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that packaging is not a one-time task. You’ll plan titles and thumbnails in advance, monitor performance after release, and quickly iterate when a video needs a stronger hook. That may mean testing multiple concepts, refining a thumbnail several times, or revisiting older uploads to give them a better chance at traction.

We’re especially interested in someone who is proactive and persistent. Some videos will naturally perform well, while others may need a complete refresh to reach their potential. Your job is to identify opportunities early, improve click-through rate, and keep optimizing until the content starts to move. This means checking in frequently and responding fast when a repackage is needed.

You’ll be working directly with the channel owner in a collaborative environment where strong ideas and measurable results are valued. Compensation is offered as a monthly retainer, with a paid trial to make sure the fit is right for both sides. As the channel grows, there is room for your role and pay to grow as well.
