Experience with top creators or rapidly growing channels is a big plus.

You'll thrive in an environment that offers independence, allowing you to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Your ability to iterate quickly and produce multiple creative versions will be key to your success.

Your Skills and Expertise:

Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop is essential. You should be adept at extracting impactful stills from raw footage and have a proven track record of designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails. A strong grasp of color dynamics, contrast, and visual hierarchy is necessary, along with an understanding of WhistlinDiesel’s unique content style and audience.

Additional skills in illustration, 3D rendering, or comedic visual storytelling will set you apart.
