Unspeakable is growing, and we’re looking for talented thumbnail designers to join our creative team as we expand into new projects. If you love turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and know how to make content stand out, this could be a great fit.

We’re seeking multiple designers who can consistently produce 2–3 polished thumbnails each week in a style that aligns with our current channel branding. You’ll be creating thumbnails for challenge, IRL, and vlog-style content, so a strong sense of composition, expression, and visual storytelling is essential.

We value designers who can take direction and execute a provided concept, but we’re especially excited to meet candidates who can also develop strong thumbnail ideas independently. If you’re able to both concept and design final assets from start to finish, there may be opportunities for higher compensation based on the scope of your work.

This role is remote and flexible, with payment options available either per completed thumbnail or through a monthly itemized invoice, depending on your preference. We’re open to discussing the arrangement that works best for the right person.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience, strong proficiency in English, and a portfolio that demonstrates a clear understanding of engaging YouTube-style thumbnail design.
