We are searching for a candidate who has a keen understanding of visual psychology and the elements that inspire clicks. You should be adept at using contrast, typography, and visual storytelling to draw in viewers with just a glance. Your creativity thrives on experimentation, enabling you to produce various designs for A/B testing. The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines is essential.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated experience in designing YouTube thumbnails or similar digital graphics that demand attention. A strong portfolio showcasing your work is crucial, as applications without one will not be reviewed. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or Photopea is required. Familiarity with AI image tools like MidJourney or Stable Diffusion is a bonus.
