About the Role

We are looking for a creative thumbnail designer to produce compelling YouTube thumbnails that help our videos stand out and attract clicks. This remote role focuses on designing 3 to 4 polished thumbnails each week for content related to clothing brands, e-commerce, and business education.

What You’ll Do

Develop attention-grabbing thumbnail concepts that align with each video’s message and audience.

Design clean, engaging visuals that improve click-through performance.

Collaborate on ideas that support branding consistency across a growing content library.

Deliver reliable weekly output while maintaining quality and creativity.

What We’re Looking For

Advanced Photoshop skills and a strong eye for layout, composition, and visual storytelling.

A solid understanding of what motivates viewers to click on a video.

Someone who works quickly, communicates clearly, and can be counted on to meet deadlines.

Prior experience creating thumbnails for YouTube is a strong advantage.
