Your ability to think innovatively and act swiftly will be crucial in packaging content to demand attention. If you excel at merging bold, eye-catching designs with clean aesthetics and have a background in working with livestream content, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Core Responsibilities

• Craft impactful, visually stunning thumbnails for live and post-event content.
• Deliver creative designs with extremely rapid turnaround times, generally between 3-5 hours.
• Format content strategically to enhance click-through rates and viewer intrigue.
• Collaborate closely with editors, strategists, and creators to ensure thumbnails resonate with the live stream's energy.
• Ensure high availability and responsiveness during streaming schedules.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in thumbnail design and content packaging for platforms like YouTube.
• Strong grasp of sensationalism, narrative construction, and audience engagement theories.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines reliably.
