Collab, Inc. is looking for a creative Thumbnail Designer who knows how to turn a great idea into a visual people can’t ignore. In this role, you’ll help shape the first impression of our voiceover-driven comedy content by designing thumbnails that are bold, expressive, and instantly recognizable.

Our content features a cast of unforgettable animal personalities, and each thumbnail needs to capture that energy with humor, clarity, and strong visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with our team to create images that spark curiosity, highlight the joke, and stay consistent with the overall brand style across every upload.

What you’ll do:

Create compelling thumbnails that grab attention in crowded feeds and encourage viewers to click. Edit and enhance animal images to emphasize emotion, personality, and comedic impact while keeping the design clean and readable. Use typography, color, and composition to support the joke without overpowering the subject. Maintain a consistent visual identity across a growing library of content. Bring fresh ideas to the table and help us improve performance through strong thumbnail concepts.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience in thumbnail design, graphic design, or a closely related creative role. You should be comfortable working with tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Photopea, and have a strong sense of what makes a thumbnail perform well. A sharp eye for comedy, visual hierarchy, and audience engagement is essential. Experience creating content for YouTube or voiceover-based entertainment is a strong plus.
