Collaborating closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll ensure that each video launch is poised for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Advanced Photoshop Proficiency: Mastery in compositing, retouching, color correction, and lighting is essential.
• YouTube Savvy: A thorough understanding of thumbnail trends specifically in finance, tech, or trading niches is required.
• Data Insightful: Ability to analyze YouTube Analytics, particularly CTR, to refine and enhance designs.
• Fast and Flawless: Capable of maintaining high-quality output at a fast pace across various content formats.
• Professional Communicator: Exceptional communication skills; you're responsive and reliable across platforms like Slack and Discord.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with 3D software (Blender/C4D) or AI tools (Midjourney/Firefly) is a plus for asset creation efficiency.
