Your Responsibilities:

• Transform early video concepts into structured narratives, ready for filming.
• Craft comprehensive scripts post-filming, complete with voiceover lines, editorial notes, and guidance for video editors on transitions and content flow.
• Work closely with the channel lead and editor to ensure consistency in the channel’s voice and pacing.
• Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to propose video ideas, skits, and formats that captivate tennis enthusiasts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in writing scripts for YouTube, especially for IRL or documentary-style content.
• Expertise in structuring stories, breaking them into engaging scenes, and pacing them for digital audiences.
• A genuine passion for tennis, with a good understanding of the sport and professional tours.
• Creativity and originality in storytelling, with the ability to craft scripts that sound natural and engaging when spoken aloud.
• Familiarity with YouTube's unique pacing, tone, and audience preferences.

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in producing sports content, particularly tennis.
• Background in creating content packets for on-location shoots.
