The Role

As a Short-Form Content Strategist at Fixated, you will be the driving force behind the strategic growth of our creators. Far from being a back-end role, you'll be the creative visionary responsible for crafting and implementing innovative short-form content strategies. Your influence will help shape the cultural impact and audience engagement of our creators, ensuring their content thrives across various platforms.

You'll collaborate closely with editors, designers, and other team members to bring these strategies to life, acting as both a strategist and a mentor. Your work will help creators maintain authenticity while optimizing their platform presence and creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead new short-form content ventures across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Build and manage a select group of creators, fostering an environment of trust and mutual growth.
• Develop tailored growth strategies that harness the power of short-form algorithms and current trends.
• Work alongside creators and editors to transform creative ideas into high-performing content.
• Utilize data and audience insights to continuously refine and adjust creative direction.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and platform changes to keep strategies relevant and effective.
• Guide and mentor both creators and team members in the art of short-form storytelling and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with Fixated’s broader content team to ensure seamless integration of short-form and long-form content strategies.
