About the Role

Sky Castle Toys is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Community Manager to steer our vibrant social presence and engage our enthusiastic community of creators and fans. This role is at the heart of our digital strategy, driving our brand's voice across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Your Responsibilities

As our Social Media Manager, you will:

• Craft and implement innovative social media campaigns that align with our brand's identity and resonate across all major platforms.
• Collaborate with channel managers, video editors, and graphic designers to maintain a cohesive and compelling brand voice and visual style.
• Strategize, develop, and post diverse content, including both static posts and engaging videos, ensuring a consistent and timely publication schedule.
• Create captivating captions and copy that reflect our brand's messaging and engage our audience effectively.
• Oversee and maintain our content calendar to ensure our posts meet strategic goals and deadlines.
• Actively engage with our community by interacting with comments, direct messages, user-generated content, and tagged posts.
• Analyze channel performance and compile insightful weekly reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with our marketing director to design and launch impactful social campaigns and product launches.

Community Engagement

Your role also involves:

• Engaging with and responding to our community's most impactful comments, especially on YouTube Shorts and other interactive posts, while acknowledging general feedback with likes or hearts.
• Capturing unique and notable feedback through screenshots to maintain a record of community interaction.
• Monitoring and managing messages across all platforms, ensuring timely response to inquiries and effective resolution of product-related issues.
• Escalating customer complaints to our Customer Care team for resolution.
• Tracking branded hashtags and engaging with standout user-generated content to highlight our community’s creativity.

What You Bring

• Exceptional written communication skills that naturally convey a friendly and conversational tone.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms and creator tools, including YouTube Studio, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Comfort with data tracking, documentation, and report preparation.
• Sound judgment in moderating interactions and engaging with a young, energetic audience.
• Flexibility in availability and a willingness to adapt to new tasks and challenges.
