Your Role

As a Social Media Growth Strategist, you'll dive deep into content performance analytics, uncovering what captivates and what falls flat. You'll sculpt creative briefs that inspire editors, pioneering scalable content formats that transcend one-off ideas. Your collaboration with editors and talent will be pivotal, ensuring a high volume of strategic content execution. You'll swiftly test and refine strategies, focusing on what truly works.

Your Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years in short-form social media strategy, particularly with platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels.
• A proven history of scaling content to millions of views and growing accounts to at least 10,000 followers.
• Expertise in retention strategies, hook creation, and algorithm dynamics, backed by practical experience.
• Data-driven acumen with a knack for pattern recognition and success replication.
• Proficiency in tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets.
