Your Role: Short-Form Video Editor
We're searching for a talented Short-Form Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling stories that captivate audiences within seconds. Your expertise in crafting engaging Reels, Shorts, and social media clips will be instrumental in capturing the essence of our clients' brands. This role demands creativity, precision, and the ability to create content that stands out in a crowded digital space.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create engaging short-form content from raw footage, ensuring every piece is a reflection of the client's brand.
• Master the art of hook creation to capture viewer attention within the first few seconds.
• Incorporate dynamic captions, motion text, and graphics that enhance storytelling without overwhelming it.
• Consistently meet content delivery schedules while maintaining high-quality output.
• Collaborate closely with our Creative Director to align each project with our creative vision.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should bring:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and a strong portfolio of short-form content work.
• Instincts for hook-first editing and an eye for detail in caption accuracy.
• Experience with platform-specific content creation for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Adeptness in crafting motion graphics and cleaning up audio, with a bonus for After Effects skills.
